Any permanent construction, addition, removal, or change to the exterior of the house, yard, dock, or other parts of the property must be reviewed and approved by the ARC.  This includes, but is not  limited to, concrete, trees, exterior design, new docks or modifications to existing docks, landscaping, sheds.

Requests submitted to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) that are complete with all relevant information such as  location, dimensions, materials can typically be reviewed within 1 week.  Any additional questions will be sent back to the homeowner for response.  When delays have occurred, it has been due to incomplete submissions, or no response from the homeowner on follow-up requests.

To report a suspected rules violation, you need to send an email to SBB via our account manager, Steven Jimmerson.  When submitting a suspected violation, please include the following:

• The community -- Laguna Bay
• The date of the violation
• The name and address of the person committing the violation
• A description of the violation
• Any efforts to mitigate the violation, e.g., talked with the neighbor
• Any other information that would be relevant for the thorough investigation of the reported violation.
